Task 1 (Academic: Report | General: Letter)

Follow a clear structure: Introduction → Overview → Key Features.

Avoid giving opinions; stick to facts.

Use comparative language (e.g., “while X increased, Y decreased sharply”).

Paraphrase the question in the introduction.
✔ General Training (Letter):

Identify the tone (formal/semi-formal/informal).

Structure: Purpose → Details → Request/Action.

Use appropriate greetings & closings (e.g., “Dear Sir/Madam” → “Yours faithfully”).
Task 2 (Essay – Both Versions)
✔ Structure:

Introduction:Â Paraphrase topic + state opinion.

Body Paragraphs (2-3): Topic sentence → Explanation → Example.

Conclusion:Â Restate main points without new ideas.
✔ Key Tips:

Spend 20 mins on Task 1, 40 mins on Task 2 (Task 2 carries more marks).
